Our event planning service is extensive and begins with the financial planning and costing. Having selected a venue, we then consider the theme for the event and our creative team develop all of the marketing assets right down to the goody bag that delegates can take away. We then handle marketing and publicity, including microsite development, to ensure full participation. We handle the financials as well, including invoicing, supplier payments, all cash handling and bank reconciliation plus supplying final accounts and financial reports for the event.
